Suzanna and Adam came to us with a blank slate: a bare interior and a vision to create a space that felt elegant, functional, and calming from the moment you walked in. The brief was to design a salon that would support the needs of a growing team while maintaining a sense of spaciousness and flow.
We reworked the floor plan, updated the finishes, introduced warm textures, and created custom design elements to give the space character without clutter.

Curved feature wall with archway
To break up the rectangular layout and introduce softness, we constructed a custom-curved wall leading into the wash station zone. This helped create natural separation while keeping the space open and breathable.
Bench seating with vertical tile cladding
We installed full-length bench seating along both walls with integrated power, clad in soft neutral-toned vertical finger tiles. This gave the space both warmth and functionality.
Custom mirror installations
We mounted asymmetrical mirrors flush to the walls to keep the visual language consistent — soft, flowing, and organic.
Flooring
While the existing floorboards were retained, we refinished them to tie in with the natural textures of the new palette.
