Our client approached us with a vision to modernise their aging coastal home while preserving its character. The goal was to open up the floor plan, update the finishes, and create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow perfect for entertaining.

Structural rework with load-bearing wall removal
We opened up the layout by removing two dividing walls, installing steel beams and concealed supports to allow for a seamless transition between the kitchen, dining, and living areas.
Custom kitchen installation
The kitchen was rebuilt from scratch with new cabinetry, soft-close drawers, and stone-look benchtops. A wide island with fluted detailing and overhead pendants anchors the space, adding both function and flair.
Built-in wine storage and improved appliance layout
We introduced a dedicated wine rack and repositioned the fridge and oven to create better workflow and visual symmetry.
